Terms of Service

What TopBidder is

TopBidder is a paid public ranking. Payment buys a chance to occupy a rank based on the amount paid — it is a paid advertisement / sponsored placement, not an auction, lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance. There is no prize, no random outcome, and no winner determined by anything other than amount paid.

Positions are ordered purely by the verified amount paid for each listing. A position lasts until another customer pays more for it. Ranking is never influenced by clicks, views, luck, skill, or timing beyond the order in which payments are verified.

What you are not buying

  • This is not an investment, security, or financial product.
  • No financial return of any kind is promised or implied.
  • No specific amount of traffic, clicks, conversions or exposure is guaranteed.
  • There is no prize, jackpot, payout, or chance-based element.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By paying you confirm that you are, and that you are authorised to advertise the site you submit.

Consent at checkout

Before any payment is submitted you must tick the box confirming you have read and agree to these Terms and the Listing Rules. We do not rely on implied consent.

No refunds

Placement is a digital service that begins immediately once your payment is verified and your rank is assigned. Payments are final at that point and are not refundable, including if another customer later pays more and your position moves down.

Where a cooling-off or withdrawal right cannot legally be waived — for example for consumers in the EU, EEA or UK — that right continues to apply, and by asking us to publish your placement immediately you request that the service begin during the withdrawal period.

If a payment succeeds but the position it was placed for was already taken by an earlier verified payment, the payment is marked superseded and refunded to the original payment method. Listings removed for breaching the Listing Rules are not refunded.

Prohibited content

Listings must comply with the Listing Rules. We may remove any listing that breaches them, at our discretion and without refund.

Listing requirements

Any site you list must display real, verifiable operator or company details (a legal or trading name and a working contact method). We may ask you to evidence this and may remove listings that cannot be verified.
