What you are paying for

A bid is a payment for promotional placement on a public leaderboard. Higher verified paid bids rank higher. Placement lasts until another party pays more.

What you are not buying

• This is not an investment, security, or financial product.
• No financial return of any kind is promised or implied.
• No specific amount of traffic, clicks, conversions or exposure is guaranteed.
• This is not a game of chance and nothing here is gambling.

Prohibited listings

We may remove any listing at our discretion, including spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, impersonation, abusive material, and malicious or deceptive redirects. Removed listings may not be eligible for a refund where the listing violated these terms.

Refunds

If a payment succeeds but the bid can no longer win the position it was placed for (for example, another party paid more first), the bid is marked superseded and flagged for refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
